In season 2 of the Alpha tv epic drama series, the old vendetta between the Vroulakis and Stamatakis families is rekindled. The appearance of a man long thought dead brings worse tensions. Action reaches an absolute climax.

Maria Tzobanaki plays the role of Kalliopi and Olga Damani the role of Grandma Irini. New entries in the second season of the series are the actors Stelios Mainas, Giorgos Gerontidakis, Dimitris Alexandris and Manos Petousis.
In the previous episode, the Vroulakis and Stamatakis families gather to discuss the furure of the farmlands. Argyro is hesitant, not knowing what decision to take. She finally tells Asteris that she will keep the land, causing a new outburst of threats from Kalliopi.
This failure to reach an agreement has created unrest and concern to everyone in the village. Lefteris tells the truth about his mother to Theodora, but also asks something that greatly upsets Theodora…
Sasmos episode 46 – Season 2
Vasiliki, Mathios and Asteris are upset because Nikiforos openly backs Kalliopi and her views about what should be done done with the farmlands. Nikiforos is forced to reveal her plans in order to justify himself and appease the three of them.
The final decision about the future of the land is now in the hands of Argyro. An outraged Pavlos is out for blood, and lurks outside the Stamatakis mansion. As he waits however, he realizes that a new threat has appeared, and that everyone is in grave danger…
